Preparation

New Damp proof coursing (DPC) injection and Tanking - Any fixed/fitted items including radiators, sanitaryware etc. that will obstruct the work areas must be removed by the client's own service engineers prior to our works. Damp treatment may require carpets to be removed and re-fitted, this preparation and refitting work is not included in our estimates nor undertaken by our operatives.

All other wall fixed obstructions to be removed and refitted by others.

Timber treatments - Due to the nature of spray timber treatment, it is ideal for the treatment to be carried out prior to occupation, when the property could be completely empty with all original floorboards exposed/uncovered (all furniture and floor coverings including any decorative flooring removed).

Polished or varnished floors will require sanding prior to treatment and re polishing/varnishing after treatment. (feel free to contact our recommended companies for a quote to sand and re-varnish/stain).
