Our surveys and how we like to do business...

We pride ourselves on being the most approachable company in the market place. We understand the pressures of buying and selling a property, organising the visit of work personnel and the general complexity of undertaking remedial works on your property. We always make time to discuss any questions you may have about the application of our treatments and going out of our way to smoothly arrange any works necessary is our forte. Should you require a damp or timber survey please contact us to organise a report by e-mail, FAX or telephone.

Following our surveyors inspection of your property a report is prepared within 48 hours.

Should works that are within the scope of the Company be required we provide a plan indicating areas affected by rising or lateral damp and estimates for damp treatment and replastering. We also provide an estimate if any timber treatment is necessary. Should no works be required this would be confirmed in a written report.

To instruct any work our office will be pleased to advise a mutually convenient date and discuss any queries.

Once a date is confirmed you will receive an order form/contract for your signature and an invoice for a 30% deposit.

Your deposit by cheque or credit card and signed order must be received prior to commencement.

The balance payment is required on completion of the work and appropriate guarantees are then issued.
