Following our surveyor's inspection of your property a report is prepared within 48 hours and sent via email or post where requested.

Should works that are within the scope of the Company be required, we provide a plan indicating areas affected by rising or lateral damp and estimates for damp treatment and replastering. We also provide an estimate if any timber treatment is necessary. Should no works be required this would be confirmed in a written report.

We always strive to provide the most competitive rates possible on all projects. But, if you do find a cheaper like-for-like quotation, or would like us to match or beat a competitor's quote, we would love to hear from you and commit to doing our utmost to make us the contractor of choice!
